What are our search methods?
This is the most common search method. We maintain an up to date database of sales and marketing candidates who have been carefully screened and selected for their relevant experience in Retail and Contract Interiors, Toy, Nursery and other closely related FMCG markets. Our strong presence in these industries ensures we receive a constant flow of high quality CV’s.
Search and Selection (Headhunting)
We recognise that often the right candidate for your company might not be actively looking for a new position and we understand that it is important that you get the best choice from the talent pool available. Because we have intimate market knowledge in our individual sectors and maintain constant links with these markets on a daily basis we can quickly indentify where this talent pool is. We have specific expertise in ethical headhunting and search methods which help us identify and approach the relevant people within an agreed list of companies. This is most appropriate when a specific skill shortage exists however this process is much more time and labour intensive.
This method is often used if you wish to have a branded recruitment presence or if you are looking for a specific skill set. Our experienced consultant will be able to discuss with you whether or not they feel that an advertised assignment is necessary and the costs associated with this. This service includes:
• The writing of recruitment advertising and it’s placement in the most appropriate media
• Conducting extensive pre-screening interviews
• Presenting a shortlist of the most qualified candidates
We receive some of the best advertising rates and we have carefully built our reputations over the years to the extent where it has now become synonymous with quality and is instantly recognisable in the marketplace. We are very lucky to work with and benefit from the experience of an exceptional design agency that is responsible for our branding and communications. They work with us to produce any advertising requirements we might have. You can read more about them here www.moresoda.co.uk
