Position: Customer Service Manager
Location: North West

Salary: £40k - £45k + bonus + pension + phone + laptop + holidays

Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for driving measurable results through leading and coaching your team
• Driving continuous improvements through the department and for the customer
• Development of departmental KPI’s from customer data, business performance and customer activity
• To establish and encourage solid relationships with customers to ensure fast response regarding product range, quotes, prices, order status, stock availability, deliveries etc
• To always ensure best practice across the department
• Involvement in staff recruitment and appraisals
• Liaison with other department heads to discuss best ways to maintain continuous improvements and high standards across the customer service team.

Key skills / requirements:
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a Customer Service Management role
• IT skills
